3. Customized Product Orders
3.1 Artwork & Design Approval
All customization such as logos, names, or graphics must be provided by the customer.
A digital mock-up will be shared before production begins.
Production will only start after written approval.
3.2 Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Ensuring the provided design does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights.
Checking spellings, colors, and design details in the mock-up.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on our website or quoted by our team are subject to change without notice.
Advance payment is required to begin production.
All orders must be fully paid before dispatch.
5. Production & Delivery
5.1 Production Time
Production timelines vary depending on order quantity and customization level.
Estimated delivery dates are provided but not guaranteed.
5.2 Shipping
Shipping charges may apply based on location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
6.1 Customized Products
Because our products are 100% customized:
Returns or refunds are not accepted once production has started.
Replacements will only be offered if:
The product is damaged during transit.
The product delivered does not match the approved design.
6.2 Reporting Issues
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
